We call this the “essential” food and wine class because it will be a jam packed 3 hours of learning all about wine including; history, terminology, aging, purchasing, storing, old world vs. new world, wine making, component tasting and of course a full meal with 5 wines! This class will teach you “essentially” all you need to know to be a true wine connoisseur. $50 pp. (Includes; wine, food and workbook) Classes taught by Winemaker & Le Cordon Bleu Certified Sommelier Rob Lewis.
