A special event just for Cinco De Mayo! Served buffet style but in courses.

Amuse: 
     - Assorted cheeses, fruits, and more
Appetizers: 
     - Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
     - Duck Quesadillas
     - Roasted Veggie Street Tacos
     - Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Salsas and Chips
Soups:
     - Pozole (Pork and Hominy)
     - Sopa Aguada (Tomatoes, Chicken Broth, Pasta)
Salads:
     - Mexican Street Corn Salad
     - Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onion, Radish, Avocado with Cilantro Vinaigrette
Entrees:
     - Pork Carnitas
     - Chicken Mole'
     - Shrimp with Chipotle Mojo
     - Rice and Beans
Desserts:
     - Tres Leches Cake
     - Mexican Chocolate Pudding
     - Margarita Cup Cakes

During the meal, Winemaker and winery owner Rob Lewis will be pouring wines paired with the courses for your beverage enjoyment.  Rob will be debuting a Cabernet aged in a tequila barrel!  If wine is not your choice, beer, soda and coffee will be available (included with the meal). 

With each course, Rob Lewis and Chef Jason Dunn will introduce the foods and beverages being served.  Stories and conversation included!  Think of it as a dinner party with a chef and winemaker hosting.

$60 per person includes all food and beverages. Ticket required.
