Think Like A Chef is the theme for the 4/28/18 class . Venture into a chef's mind when faced with a table of ingredients - like an iron chef. Chef Jason will prepare 6 to 8 courses, giving you insight into picking ingredients, preparation and presentation. Winemaker Rob Lewis will pair wine with each course, giving insight into his inspiration for each. The class is presented in a conversational and fun format and you take home a recipe booklet.

$60 per person includes all food and wine. Ticket required.
