Cuisine of the Low Countries (Begium and Holland) brought us mussels, rye bread and chocolate.  In this class, Chef Jason will prepare several dishes of Low Country heritage, including Mussels and Broth, Endive Gratin, and Oven Frites.  The class is presented in a demonstration and conversational format.  You will receive a recipe booklet to follow along with and make notes in.  At the end of the class, you will have lunch with Chef Jason.  An intimate and educational afternoon with great food!  Beverages are not included but wine, beer and soda are available for purchase.
